4639-24936-24935SL Valve Cover Quarter-Turns

The stainless steel cap locks onto the zinc plated stud with a quarter-turn. The stud thread is 1/4-20 UNC-2A.

To install:

1. lock the cap onto the stud,
2. coat the stud threads with locking compound,
3. thread the assembly into the hole until it is tight,
4. back off one turn, and
5. allow compound to dry.
